Ashley was born two months earlier, weighing just over 3 pounds. In ICU she stayed for a full month. The parents were told that her heart needed surgery Christmas Day. Christmas Day was the day when doctors told her parents what they'd begged for since she visited the hospital. She was discharged and her parents were informed. Ashley did not require any surgery. Her release was to go to her home in the weight range of 4 1/2 pounds after being in hospital for 2 months. Since then, she has never had any illness! Her father is English-German. The family that she is from comes from Ireland. Her acting debut was in the 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll commercial. Ashley was then pursued by The Ford Modeling Agency at the age of eight. In print, she has worked consistently and remains in the Agency. As early as 10, she decided that acting was the way she would like to go. Ashley performed in 35 commercials prior to moving on to theater roles. It was her main passion to act. Ashley's main focus was acting. There was not much time for dancing and modeling. Ashley's final appearance on ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley also had a cameo on Romeo Miller (aka Lil Romeo) as well as Solange's music video for her song "True the Love". Britney Spears was photographed in an Vogue Magazine shoot. She is in NLT's music video "That Girl".
